Will be responsible in handling the following assignments :


1. Responsible for the new business development for External Commercial Borrowings.
2. Knowledge of International finance with special emphasis on external commercial borrowings and loan syndication.
3. Appraisals of credit applications, scrutiny of loan applications etc.
4. Knowledge of processing terms loans, projects finance applications, working capital requirements and related regulatory requirements thereto.
5. Familiar with corporate credit business, assessing the need based working capital finance disbursements etc.
6. Conversant with financial statements such as balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow, fund flow, break-even analysis etc.
7. Analysis of market borrowing trends, trade finance information.
8. Syndication of inter corporate deposits, bills discounting etc.
9. Over all knowledge of the banking business.
10. Familiar with RBI audits, rules & regulations, FEDAI/FEMA guidelines.
11. Operating knowledge of computers such as MS office, email etc.
12. Basic understanding of back office activities.
13. Knowledge of risk management concepts.
14. Knowledge of derivative transaction (Currency SWAP and Interest SWAP).

Candidate should be CA/MBA with minimum of 10 years of experience in syndication of financial products like working capital, term ECB, private placement of NCD & preference shares, Debt Restructuring and Interest cost reduction for large & medium size corporates. The candidate should have excellent analytical & presentation skills with excellent contacts with Banks & Institutions.
